Vegetable Rice Chicken Steak


🥦2 cups rice
🥦3.5 cups of water to cook rice
🥦2 carrots
🥦Green Beans
🥦4 Chicken breast cut in halves
🥦Salt, Pepper, Paprika
🥦4 tbsp Flour
🥦1/4 cup of milk
🥦1 tsp mustard

🥕Cut carrots and green beans in small pieces.
🥕Put the water into a pot with 1 tbsp oil and salt.
🥕Wash the rice and add to the boiling water.
🥕When the water is done into the rice, add the vegetables in top to cook with the steam.

🥕Season the chicken and add the parsley.

🥕Put 4 tbsp of butter in a pan with 2 tbsp of oil.
🥕Fry the chicken breasts until they are well cooked and remove them.

🥕Into the same pan, add 2 tbsp of butter with te 4 tbsp of flour and stir.

🥕Add the milk, stir, and add the mustard.

🥕Serve and enjoy !
