Strawberry Cheesecake Rolls

These mini rolls are extra YuMmY. I made them every day for one week and I am not exaggerating. The only thing that stopped me was the lack of bread. There are extra good and delicious. I could describe them as mini French toast with a creamy strawberry filling. They give you a satisfying taste that I can not describe. For breakfast, desert or snack they are perfect for ANY time of the day trust me, and since they are so little you might have to multiply the portions. This recipe is for 8 mini rolls and it can be for one or two depending on your appetite. Between my mascarpone verrine and this recipe, it is a difficult choice to make. .


  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 large strawberries or 8 mini
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. of butter
  • Syrup


~Mix your cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl

~Set aside

~Cut your strawberries very small

~Cut the bread crust

~With a rolling pin flatten the bread slices.

~They should become very thin

~Spread th cream cheese on each slice, top them with pieces of strawberries .

~Roll your bread.

~In a bowl beat the egg with milk and vanilla extract.

~In a pan , melt the butter.

~Coat the rolls in the egg mixture and cook for about 3 minutes but keep turning them to cook on all sides.

~Mix the sugar and the cinnamon and drizzle the mixture on top of the rolls (this is optional if you do like cinnamon)

~Serve and eat with the syrup.
