Red Velvet Puff Puff
- 2 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp active dry yeast
- 2 cup flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 pinches of salt
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp red food coloring
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- In a bowl, put sugar, yeast, salt, and add warm water.
- Stir and let it rest 5 minutes.
- Add flour and stir.
- Add cocoa powder, butter and stir.
- Add red food coloring, mix and let it rest for 2 hours or overnight.
- Fry into oil by forming drops for about 1.5 inches.
