I have seen this recipe on many Nigerian platforms and decided to try it















Preparation

~Clean the fish and make cut on the fish.

~Mix 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp black pepper, salt, 1 tsp chicken flavor bouillon, 1 tbsp oil, lime juice.

~Put the mixture on the fish.

~Put four on the fish lightly.

~Fry the fish.

~Blend tomato, bell pepper, green onion, 1 tsp paprika, salt, hot pepper.

~You can put them in the blender. I wanted t grind them so I can have vegetable pieces.

~Put half the mixture on the fish and bake in the oven for 10 mins at 375 F.

~Put the remaining into a hot pan with oil.

~Add 1 tbsp tomato paste.

~Add about 1/4 glass water and cook until the water is gone.
~Serve and enjoy. I chose fried plantain. What will be your side dish?
