Milky Puff Puff

This Puff Puff recipe is by far my favorite. It is so moist,  fluffy, delicious, plus you do not need to wait for the dough to raise. Yohan love helping me in the Kitchen and or I should say boss me around because I became the assistant. I taste almost like a funnel cake if you sprinkle powdered sugar on top.  I won’t be writing much so we can jump into the recipe.

Milky Puff Puff

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl put flour.
  • Add baking powder and salt.
  • Add sugar and mix.
  • Add eggs.
  • Add oil.
  • Add milk
  • The batter should not be too liquid or too thick.
  • Fry into a pan that has at least 2 inches deep of oil.
  • Fry until golden brown and remove.

Notes

The fire should not be too hot or the inside will not cook properly.

You can add more sugar on top.

    This recipe is perfect for my little cravings. The quantity is just right and puff puffs can be eaten as snacks or deserts. I must say, it’s an easy to follow recipe and you probably already have the ingredients available at home. Very very yummy and my daughter loves puff puff too. Thanks for sharing ❤️
