This marinade is a time saver. When I first started the blog my husband was surprised why I did not start with this recipe. He actually calls it a “sauce” not marinade and uses it as a sauce when he eats. So whenever I had to buy a little cute glass container to put some in there for the table. At first I was not on board to eat marinade as a sauce but, wait until you try! I made out of natural ingredients that can be eaten fresh on a regular basis so nothing weird.
Green marinade / sauce
A tasty green marinade, excellent for vegetables, meat and seafood. Can also be used as a sauce.
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch green onion
- 3 garlic bulbs
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 inches ginger
Simple. easy and delicious to the taste
