The beginning

Most blogs start with “that’s it I’m starting … after several reflections … blah blah”. Not wrong at all. I was so late on this project and the shame of being under the spotlight. What ultimately motivated me was the lack of space on my phone. Yes, I have so many food photos on my phone that you need some space. I have less applications than my spouse but a very large number of pictures and videos. My Instagram contains mostly food pictures. I try not to overdo it on social media. The purpose of this blog is not to share 5-star recipes that no one can reproduce. I just want to share simple and not too expensive recipes from different cultures. My website is both in English and French!
